In June 2015, we were thrilled to open Half Dozen Cafe and Bakery, the culmination of years of dreaming and doing. Inspired by her family’s farm, Hope saw a need for this kind of eatery after listening to market patrons express their desires to have a stand that served local, organic, ready-made food.

We bring celebration-worthy food to your plate every day. Our customers know and love us for our delicious Gluten-Free Cupcakes and Handcrafted Beverages. Options like our Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie or our decadent Chocolate Cake make your sweet tooth sing – especially since they’re made without processed ingredients. Crafted by hand, each menu item aims to please and hits the spot every time!

Dedicated to the community, we also serve up a heaping helping of friendliness with every salad, sandwich, or sweet. We know that food brings people together, and we feel proud to be a part of that.

After finding out the exciting news that Hope would have twin boys, she announced closing down Half Dozen Cafe & Bakery. Scott & Kelsey McKenna didn’t want to see Half Dozen Cafe & Bakery go away, and neither did all of the fabulous customers. Scott & Kelsey became the new owners in January 2022 and Half Dozen Cafe & Bakery became Molly’s Corner. We’re glad you’re here, and we look forward to continuing to serve you moving forward with all the same ingredients and recipes that you’ve come to know and love.
